The Palestinian Association for Contemporary Arts (PACA) is a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization, officially registered at the PNA’s Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Interior since 2004. PACA mainly works to achieve progress and advancement in the field of visual arts.

It was established by a group of artists and individuals interested in visual arts in Palestine, and it aims at building bridges among Palestinian culture and Arab and international cultures.
As part of its ambitions, PACA has achieved the goal of the establishment of the International Art Academy in Ramallah, and still works to further its achievements in the future, based on its firm belief in the important role of culture in realizing the Palestinian dream in liberation, prosperity and the establishment of the State.
